Our version of a Vinegar sauce.  Did you know that Vinegar as well as pepper style BBQ sauce originated in South Carolina originally brought over by the Scottish?  Well, our Vinegar sauce originates on HWY 57 in Ocean Springs, Mississippi and is tart, full of flavour barbecue sauce with apple cider vinegar and a dash of red pepper sure to make you pucker.
