Salt and pepper, a traditional base seasoning used by The Bearded Butchers is now available for home use. This is exactly the same seasoning base we use for many of our famous, proprietary Smokie sticks, summer sausage and trail bologna. When using our seasoning for sausage, sticks, bologna or bratwurst, we recommend you add the entire 9oz bag of brat seasoning to 25 pounds of your favorite bratwurst meat like pork.
