Beef back ribs are what we separate from the prime rib and ribeye steaks when butchering. Since these cuts of beef are so close and connected, you’re getting the same marbling and flavour as a prime rib and ribeye, just in rib form! Our beef back ribs are meaty, fatty, and deliciously tender. Plus, our butchers trim these beef ribs by hand, so you get a lot more of the good stuff.
